Project-specific requirementsHydrostatic testing up to 7,000 PSI, paired with stainless steel tags laser-marked with the testing information you specify.
Our shop uses a Hydrorex M20-7000 electric pressure test unit with a 20 HP motor. We offer hydrostatic testing up to 7,000 PSI, using separate manifolds for lower- and higher-pressure testing.
Test pressure is selected for the assembly ratings and applicable testing requirements. We use a Cloudray laser with LightBurn software to mark 2.5″ × 1.5″ dual-slotted stainless steel ID tags with customer-selected testing information. Each tag is secured with two stainless steel zip ties. Specify the wording and identification fields you need.

The pictured shop station is used for tests below 2,000 PSI. A separate higher-pressure manifold supports our testing service up to 7,000 PSI.
Provide the required test pressure and assembly details when requesting testing.
Plan your testing inquiry ↗No guesswork in the inquiry. Establish the assembly details and testing requirements before arranging shop delivery.
Identify the assembly, quantity, end fittings, and known condition. Include the service application and any relevant history.
Provide the required test pressure, hold duration, acceptance criteria, and any requested records. If something is unknown, flag it for review.

Enter up to three lines and see the space they occupy on a 2.5″ × 1.5″ tag. Text stays at the reference height; long lines are flagged instead of shrunk.
Edit the full wording of each line. Date and pressure placeholders describe the requested layout; final test information is completed by INVICTUS.
Maximum text-block height is approximately 19.9 mm, confirmed by INVICTUS from the LightBurn layout. The preview allows approximately 51.5 mm between the illustrated tie areas. Text scale is calibrated to the 47.38 mm-wide LightBurn example; that example width is not treated as the available-space limit. This fixed scale applies to every line; text is not automatically shrunk to fit. Other wording remains an estimate until production review. Slots and ties are illustrative. INVICTUS reviews the final layout.
